Quality is poor and the small razor blade that cuts kept coming out of the cutting arm.

This is the cheapest cutter i have seen. It is NOT a 14” cutter. The guide for the paper is only about 12.3”. While the blade will technically go further, it isn’t designed as a 14” cutter. A real 14” cutter allows for a 14” piece of paper between the guides. The blade only cuts in one direction too.
