Earlier this year I began making handmade journals and notebooks, and quickly realized I needed a paper cutter that could slice through a stack of paper, but this cutter can also cut through an entire book, hard cover and all leaving the cleanest, smoothest edge on everything it slices through. Love all the safety catches too. Now, my handmade journals have perfectly lined up edges, thanks to this fabulous paper cutter. PS, this unit is extremely well made. I got the larger 17 in size, I was pleasantly surprised at its weight and durability. This unit is build so stoutly, it will last my life time, with blade replacement as needed.

Love how it cuts paper, it is huge make sure you read the overall dimensions. Box arrived looking like it had been in a war. Holes and gouges all in it. Cutter had a broken foot cap thingie.
