These all-natural cork, tapered stoppers were perfect for my off-label application. I'm sealing the tops of open bamboo canes in a fence. The point is to plug open segments so they don't fill with rainwater and rot. Because each cork is tapered, I can get 2 or 3 different diameter plugs by cutting the cork. They make a tight fit and accept a Euro linseed oil finish to protect against Colorado's extreme weather swings.

Bought this array of sizes just knowing the ONE size I’d need would be in the package. Not! But hey, I have corks for every future use. Great to have on hand. Quality item

Such a great variety of sizes, and all material is supple (not old dried out cork) in this 80 piece package! I have a vintage "sugar pig" for which I needed a stopper. It was an odd size and regular, plastic salt and pepper shaker stoppers would not fit it. Whenever I was at any craft store, I looked for a cork stopper to fit it but it was such and odd size I couldn't find one anywhere! Finally I found these cork stoppers and I have 10 pieces that now fit it perfectly! I'll never need to look for a replacement again! LOL! Best of all I have enough other sizes to fit any future needs! Recommend!

I almost feel a little silly writing a review about corks because, well, they're corks. But given the amount of time I spent comparing products before I finally committed to this purchase (really, self? they're corks), I thought I should save you the time by saying I made the right selection.Each size of cork came packed in its own separate bag, so I didn't have to sort through them. I don't think you can beat this variety and number of items for the price. It will probably take me forever to go through 80 of them, but I had zero luck finding corks at all at the local superstore and craft stores, and the set of five I found at the home improvement store cost about half as much as the 80 I bought here.I was looking primarily for something that would work in the various antique bottles I have but also for boring things like my salt & pepper shakers. I've also used corks to stick on the ends of large sewing needles so that I don't gouge my hands when I'm digging around my sewing box. I'm pleased to report that I easily found sizes that fit all of my needs. Good price, good product, does what I need it to do.

I am making perfumes in old apothecary bottles that I find at antique stores for my etsy shop (plugdeo), but almost none of the bottles come with tops so I needed an assortment that would work with whatever I find. These have been great for the most part. I did have one cork that somehow got stuck in the bottle and when I tried pulling the cork out, it ripped in half so I had to use a cork screw. But luckily there are a lot in the order so its easy enough for me to replace it.

I was in a hurry ordering and didn't pay attention to the reviews. These corks are good quality but are way too small for most glass bottles. Even the smallest bottles I have don't use the smallest corks. I was expecting them to be larger and would cut them down as needed. Pay close attention to the measurements listed in the images so you don't end up with dozens of corks you can't use.
