Space inside is very limited. I am using solid wire and it is tricky to get all the wires in. There is almost no space in the back so the wires have to wrap around the switch. I use it to switch between solar and grid power and it works fine.

This is exactly what I needed to add a 7500w forced air heater in my garage. Instructions are detailed but if you are not familiar with house wiring you definitely want to have this installed by an electrician. The switch functions perfectly and seems to be well built, the housing is plastic. The box is fairly large, not an issue unless you're installing in a tight space. Best value for one of these switches on Amazon

Use it to cycle between my garage A C and my 80 gallon compressor as I only really need 1 220 outlet on back side of garage

I needed a way to switch my well water pump over to my generator during power outages. My generator is not big enough to power the whole house so I just power essential things. Using this switch allows me to connect power from the generator to an input on one side of this switch so I can easily switch over to it during extended power outages.
