I'm only giving these 3 stars because the filler hole that you would need to use for cleaning the bladders is half the size of the fill hole of all the other bladders I've had, maybe 2.5 inch in diameter at best. The material these are made of is the same as my other bladders and seems to be well put together. The tubing is not quick connect as 8 assumed, but rather a screw together connection with an oring seal but they seem to hold the seal well. The bite valves are a standard bite valve as is found on many other bladder systems. For the price and the amount of bladders you get it's definitely worth the cost, even if they will be harder to clean due to the small fill hole size. If the size of the fill hole were larger than these would be rated better by myself but due to my dexterity issues these will be hard to clean with the limited access to the interior that the fill hole size give you to work with.Even with my 3 star rating I would recommend these for the price because if they ever got so bad from only filling with water that they are too hard for me to clean I could justify tossing them out and replacing them.

I definitely wanted this set of hydration bladders for my CamelBak and one other hydration backpack I own. As we all know, even though there are brushes to clean out the tubing … well, let’s just forget about that. The simple reason is that when you put the bite valve in your mouth, the buildup of bacteria and grunge starts.Instead of knocking myself out to clean the hydration bladders I have, I thought I’d try out this lot. They are surprisingly good quality and similar to the ones we all have. Each one of these bladders is individually sealed, a plus and a must. I opened one up to check out the quality and similarity to my other ones. The edges of the hydration bladder as sealed well … no crooked seams there. The quick disconnect tubing works well and the tubing could probably be replaced, if so desired. The PEVA (polyethylene vinyl acetate) is considered to be food-safe. If I’m putting water in this bladder and ingesting it, I want this kind of material. In short, for under $30, this is a fabulous bargain basement price for something I want and need.
