The piece that holds the wheel in is plastic, and it broke after a few uses. Picture shows what looks like metal, product was plastic.

I don't use it for precision work. It is handy for quick measurements. Especially since metric sizes are more prevalent.

Was maybe a thousandth off in comparison to my more expensive and reliable machining micrometers and calipers but is decent and is kinda gimmicky because of its nature and the reliability of digital tools nowadays.

Slider is made of plastic. On a picture it's clearly a metal. I had one before. Not from that seller but similar model. I return it exactly because of plastic part, it broke off on the third time I was using the tool. Product is not the same as on a display.
