So, not really what I was thinking. When I read "flickering" I was expecting... well, I wasn't expecting slow blinking. Upon further review of the product, I see they use a bunch of different descriptive words for this specific LEDs lighting attribute. "Flashing" is good, but I think "blinking" would be better personally. All in all, I assume this is a translation issue and I should have paid more attention. I can't really fault the products because they are bright and. Every. Single. Led works. Case is good and snaps shut firmly. If you are in the market for blinking LEDs, these are a good way to go.

if you are looking for something that emulates a candle flicker, keep looking. These flash off/on at a constant rate like a VCR waiting to have it's clock set.
