I'm a retired electronics technician. I've built an electronics bench here at home to design, build and test all things electronic. I'm often in need of LED's for a project I'm designing or building. These white ones are great! They come with the resistor already installed in the positive side of the LED which makes it simple to integrate into your project. You get 50 for only $8, what a bargain. They are also pretty robust. They rate them 5V to 12V but I popped one on the power supply and found that they turn on about 3V, and I took it all the way to 23V and it still had not gone to LED heaven. I don't think one would last too long at twice the rated voltage, but nice to know they are robust enough to take that if only for a while. Definitely five stars and I recommend for any electronics oriented person.

RC Crawler headlights usually use 5mm LEDs, so I picked this set up. It's a 50pk of single LEDs. You'll have to finish off the wiring on your own whether you want to daisy chain 2 of these together for your front headlights, or if you want to run them single strand down the sides to a splitter near the light controller. They work great and are nice and bright.
