A: As long as the wheels are not overweight, the wheels will only wear slightly when used on flat surfaces such as offices, shopping malls, and subways.
Q: What should I do if my wheel is damaged in an accident?
A: We ship with a repair kit, which contains accessories for wheel repair.
Q: Is there a plastic shaft inside the wheel? How much weight can it bear?
A: There are metal inner shafts inside, and a pair of wheels can bear a weight of 20KG.

Q: Is the sound of the omni wheel louder than that of the ordinary easy wheel?
A: Yes, in order to achieve free movement in two directions, the result of the universal wheel itself determines that its sound will be louder than normal ones'. I got these for my Brompton Folding bike but the wheel diameter just wasn’t high enough for my bike. I ended up getting another wheel brand.
