First of all, this 3/4" bit did the job. I'm a big fan of forstner bits as they are much easier to navigate than auger bits. I tested this through 3/4" plywood, using a scrap 2x4 underneath to prevent any blowout, as should always be done if possible.First comment about it - I would have preferred this have a hex shank instead of a smooth one, since the bit slipped a few times even with the chuck tightened as much as possible. It took a little more pressure than expected to get through the plywood, so I'm sure that was a major factor in the slippage. I am not experienced in sharpening forstner bits, so that would usually be an issue for me. (I do understand why most drill bits are round instead of hex, but that doesn't change the fact that this bit did slip several times.)The top side of the plywood was smooth as can be, with no complaints. The bottom side showed very minimal chipping, but this is almost expected with plywood.Overall it's a good bit, and either coming with a hex shank or a little more sharp would have gotten the last star from me.

I bought this drill bit to use on a hardwood box to drill a big hole for a motor controller switch for an e-spinner to spin wool. It worked really well and went right through the ΒΌ" wood with ease. Its super sharp and really well made, I'll be making more with it and plan to get a few more sizes for other projects.

These get the job done. Seems legit even if not super fancy. Ran fine at slow speed and I don't remember it wobbling at all when I started up my variable-speed drill press at an initial higher RPM.The 65mm bit I requested for review did yield a ~65mm hole for me in MDF. (When I snapped the picture I thought it said 65.01mm but looks like the camera actually got it right on the exact reading after all π)

Appears to be a high quality cutter. I've only tested it on 3/4" plywood when I took it out of the package. As you'd expect, it spun through like butter but still, it felt solid and there are no burrs or manufacturing defects.

Review of TIBOO DAY 2-Cutter Carbide Tipped Forstner Drill Bit, Wood Hole Cutter, Hard Wood and Plywood Compatible (60mm|2-3/8"):I ordered this bit for my husband who is a cabinet maker / wood craftsman. He loves these carbide bits because they cut smoothly with no chipping even through knots. They work great for drill press or wood turning on the lathe to create an exact size or to hog out wood fast, giving him room to sculpt the inside of a turning. He ran a test cut in a block of maple at about 300 rpm. This bit cut very smoothly leaving a smooth flat bottom with smooth sides. It produced nice curly wood ribbons while cutting. The carbide tips means he doesn't have to worry about sharpening. One note, these bits are NOT made for hand drills there is no guiding shoulder and should never be used in one because they will get away from you and do damage. By the way, this bit is described as (60mm|2-3/8") in the product listing. The bit we received is actually 2-3/8 inches which is what my husband wanted. It is not 60mm which would be slightly smaller. (2 3/8 inches translates to 2.375 inches expressed as a decimal. 60mm translates to 2.362 inches.). We would recommend this bit.

This 2 cutter forstner bit cut well and produced decent shavings from its hole borings. I liked that it cut easily into my wood parts and the holes produced had a nice edge. I would have liked the bit to have a larger center point to ensure better placement of the bit atop the wood. This bit's center placement point is rather small for such a large bit so I had to ensure to firmly clamp down the part I was working on or else the bit could make the part wander. Of course a drill press is necessary for such a large bit so clamping the part is easily done but a slightly larger centering point would have easily increased the rating for this bit.

This cut through a 2x4 with no issues and left a nice, clean cut. It even comes with a nice clear storage container that can hang on my peg board.

This 24 mm or 15/16 inch Forstner bit is very fast cutting. The sharpness and welding of the carbide is very good. The bottom of the hole is as smooth as my conventional bits I did find there is some run out, causing some wobble of the bit but no more than my conventional bit set. Sizing is pretty close also within the normal range of my conventional bit set. The aggressiveness of the two flute design makes it better suited for drillpress than hand drilling in my experience. The carbide edge is more resilient and not subject to damage if using in hardwoods and dirty, soft woods, including accidentally hitting pin nails. The shaft is unbranded and indicates the size in millimeters in this case 24 mm. There is no recommended RPM speed indicated. When compared to conventional Forstner bits this is a good value due to expected sharpness and durability.
