About this item

  • SIZE DESCRIPTION:Carbide Square End Mill: (D) 1/16 inch Cutting Diameter, (i) 3/16 inch Cutting Length, (D)1/8 inch Shank, (L)1-1/2 inch total length.Minimum product diameter to 0.2mm, even the subtle part processing of component can be easily accomplished
  • ADVANCED ALTIN COATING: Turnextte end mill are coated with ALTIBN, which has 3200HV hardness, 900℃ max. service temperature,It is strong enough to provide high wear resistance, lubricity, exceptional oxidation resistance, extreme hardness.
  • 2 FLUTE END MILL BIT:2-flute end mills are more efficient in roughing operations, as they can remove material faster. With fewer cutting edges, a 2-flute end mill generates less cutting force.
  • WIDELY APPLICATION: Micrograin Carbide Square End Mill effective at machining various types of steel, Suitable for side milling, end milling, finish machining in copper alloys, copper, steels, carbon steels, cast iron, alloy steels, pre-hardened steels, hardened steels, and stainless steel materials.
  • SERVICE FIRST:We trust in delivering high-quality products to the end-user. Customer satisfaction is the lifeline of our brand. If you have any questions about the product, please contact us. Your problem will be resolved within 24 hours.

I used this 5-piece 3/32" micrograin carbide square end mill set, and they performed well for precise milling on alloy and hardened steels. The 2-flute design helps with chip evacuation, and the AlTiN coating adds durability, allowing the bits to handle higher speeds and temperatures without wearing down too quickly. They cut cleanly and precisely, making them great for detailed CNC work. The set is a good choice for both DIYers and professionals who need small, high-quality end mills for fine machining. If you're working with tough materials, these hold up well and deliver consistent results.

I'm not sure if the coatings on these are doing much, but I much prefer the 2 flute vs the previous 3 flutes. The edges have been holding up well and haven't gummed up. But they seem to be better for harder metals (steel) vs some of the aluminums I've been cutting.Fine tune your speeds/feeds and you'll be happy with these! Good value for a 5 pack!

Good quality end mills. Cut through some hot rolled steel with no issues. They seem well made and sharp

We did snap one today using the same program we use with more expensive tooling. After a slight speed adjustment, the second endmill cut fine. I believe these to be slight more brittle than some of the brand name tooling we have. I will comment that it did hold sharpness well. Due to the slower feed rate, it did add some machine time to the job we ran with it so what we saved on tooling cost was somewhat lost on job time.

Got these to experiment with and to run first passes through to keep our more expensive bits for the harder stuff. These bits are solid and overall good. I havent put them through the paces yet as I am worried about what could happen if we really challenge them. For a few slow passes they are great, as you dont need to drive a Ferrari to the supermarket. They are not the nicest bits I have but they work and are great albeit on a slower setting.
