Nice looking, easy build. An inch or two wider would be even better, but this works fine.

Great media stand. Using for all my game consoles and it's got a small footprint. Exactly what I needed for the space I have.

The width between the metal is not wide enough for most stereo equipment. Video game console, etc. will work fine. I had to go buy wider shelves and make them work for my stereo components. The company need to add about 2" and it would work for almost anything. I thought construction was easy enough.

My husband put several of these next to each other and put his gaming systems on then. It looks great.

Sturdy shelf. For standard size stackable stereo equipment; receiver, cd player, tape player etc. Shelves are not wide enough by approximately 2 inches.

I'm mad as hell at myself. Though it took over a couple hours to assemble it (and very tired fingers), it stands well and looks great. But I nearly cried when I tried to put my 1st component on it. WON'T FIT. Most of my items are 17" wide. This is 17.7, but the INSIDE width is only 16! NOTHING will fit except on the top shelf! And now that it's tightly assembled, too much work to disassemble and return. (Sigh.) I may find some use for this, but now I have to continue my search for a REAL stereo component rack. (Btw, to the reviewer who spent 13 hours sanding the boards, I highly suspect you received a defective unit. Though slow and tedious, mine went together with NO sanding and only moderate patience required.)

I haven't loaded it up yet, but it's sitting under the wall mounted TV looking like it's ready for duty. It's narrow and hugs the wall; just right for a VCR, maybe a couple short bookshelf speakers, and even a receiver. I like it! The wood looks stylish contrasting with the black finished support brackets. I would not be afraid to load it up with heavy things on the bottom, working my way up to lighter things on the top. It is not meant to hold a TV on the top shelf. Components only. But with the TV wall mounted above it, we stylin'.
