I have a B&D 40V MAX string trimmer and leaf blower/sweeper. The original batteries were getting weak, were about 7 years old, and one of them finally stopped charging. I bought one of these and it worked so well I bought a second one. I didn't realize how weak the old batteries were getting until I used one of the new ones. I can now trim my whole yard with just one battery. And these are less than half price of the factory B&D batteries.

I have a Black and Decker cordless mower that I thought was having a starter problem. I had two batteries that were showing that they were fully charged but the mower was being very difficult to start successfully. I almost shelled out the money to get a new mower, when someone suggested that despite what the old batteries were showing me, they might be failing. So I purchased this product and tada…it is working like a charm. Saved me a couple hundred dollars on a new mower.

I was really concerned about the purchase because when I checked it in my town there was a $50. dollar difference. The battery looked the same and I checked the serial number, so I ordered it. It was the same size delivered as promised and is working very well in my B&D lawnmower. Maybe it could have been a copy and not the real orange and black we all know. Everything went fine happy I ordered it. Now for the cord in my weed "wacker!"

I purchased this replacement battery for my Black and Decker cordless trimmer. I have been able trim and edge my front and backyard lawn (approx. 1,000 sq ft ) without running out of battery power. It charges well and no issues after being used for a couple months.
