I prefer vinyl hose washers to rubber ones - the rubber ones work great, but only for a year. These will last for many seasons. The size is perfect, and they're soft enough to make a perfect seal.

This is a great package to have on hand. Plenty of hose end washers and they fit perfectly on a standard garden hose. Having this many makes it easy to change them out whenever needed and not having to worry about heading off to the big box store. And no leaks even when the hose is connected to a nozzle with just hand tightening.

THESE WASHERS WORK JUST LIKE THEY OTTA! IF EVER I AM IN HOLLAND, AND IF I HAPPEN TO BE RIGHT BY A LEAK IN A DYKE OR SEAWALL, THESE WASHERS WOULD BE MY FIRST CHOICE TO STUFF INTO THE BREACH, THUS SAVING THE TULIP CROP FROM THE INSIDIOUS EFFECTS CAUSED BY SEAWATER--LIKE KILLING OFF THE ENTIRE CROP! I 'BETTCHA YOU NEVER THOUGHT RUBBER WASHERS COULD BE SO USEFUL--'DIDJA? I ONLY GAVE THE PRODUCT FOUR STARS BECAUSE I'VE NEVER VISITED HOLLAND ('BEEN CLOSE) SO I'VE NOT HAD THE OPPORTUNITY OF SAVING THE TULIP CROP, IN WHICH CASE THESE LITTLE RUBBER THINGEES WILL GET FIVE STARS.
