These hats are comically cute and tiny, but they are not suitable to be worn by anyone. We put one on our 3-month old and it was clearly too tight around her chin. We also tried putting them on our two mini-dachshunds and it also choked them to wear it. Would recommend the manufacturer / seller get looser strings for the hats as that is the main issue.

These tiny little party hats are so stinking cute! I got them for my daughter's adopt a pet birthday and they fit the little dog and cat Beanie Babies perfectly! Her little 8 inch koala is modeling one in the picture to give you a good idea of size. They are perfect for a range of stuffed animals and dolls. They would be just right on 18" dolls and while they are small, look really cute on larger stuffed animals too They do need to be assembled, but I put 20 of them together in no time so it is not hard. You get 40 which is a great deal. They are really cute and well made.
