It's difficult to find a genuine M310 shifter because they aren't manufactured anymore. The ones being sold here are not made by Shimano. They are clunkier, rougher, and won't last as long as genuine ones.

Only needed the right side shifter for my 8 speed rear hub while converting a regular mountain bike to ebike with mid drive motor. The shifter works good.

The shifter does not spring back as it should, it gets stuck!!! Poorly made, you guys need to test your product before shipping them.
