The keys are great and fit right in, the only thing is that the screw holes didn't match the old ones but they work well.I just wished that the plastic cover would be a bit higher quality.

The eye guides are plastic, soft, and deform easily. Need to be very careful inserting the pieces.

As the cheapest tuners of this kind on Amazon, my expectations were low. Incredibly, they fell below expectations by delivering a tuner with no string hole drilled rendering It useless. Wors, the vender has not responded to my questions about getting a replacement.

Used for a classical guitar. Works. The installation was pretty straight forward. A couple of the pegs Feel kind of flimsy. But so far it works.
