I bought this as a backup to have on hand should I need one when the time comes if mine fails. It will save a lot of frustration when out in the middle of nowhere if you have it on hand in an emergency. I checked the fit and operation when I received it so I know it will work when needed on my 8.3 Cummins engine. Highly recommended good quality product. Well worth the money!!!
