This ceiling fan remote control kit works most major 110V 3-speeds AC ceiling fans, compatible with Harbor Breeze, Allen Roth, Kichler, Hunter, Hampton Bay and other brands.
This ceiling fan & light remote control has the function of dimming.
The light dimmer compatible with incandescent light bulbs and some dimmable LED lamps.
Most LED lights and all CFL lights are non-dimmable, light dimmer only supports the ON/OFF function in that case, and it may cause to flicker when using the dimming function.
This item does not include a 23A 12V battery.

It adds remote control compatibility to any fan.
This remote controller is designed for 3-speed ceiling fan to separately control your ceiling fan speed and light brightness. There are four buttons (HI, MED, LOW, OFF) to control the speed of the fan and off.
Please note that this remote not have the Reverse button. light on/off button just controls the brightness of halogen and incandescent lamps On/Off. LED/CFL lights are Not Dimmable, and the remote only control the On/Off in that case.
It has a LEARN Key that allows it to match more type of receivers.
This FAN-35T remote control has the FCC ID: L3HFAN35T1, and it working at the frequency 303.9MHz.
Please check the FCC ID or Model Number on the back of your original remote control if it suitable for our remote.

If your receiver is FAN30R and you can use LEARN button to match the transmitter and receiver.
How to set the function of learning button:
1. Disconnect the receiver's power cord and connect it again to restart the receiver.
2. Please press the "Study Button" (it is a small hole in the battery case, you need to use the needle to press it) of the remote control within 30 seconds and keep this action for 3-5 seconds.
3. If you hear your receiver making a beeping sound or the indicator light flashes a few times, the match is successful.
NOTE
1. If you have PULL CHAINS SWITCH, before using the wireless remote control, use the PULL CHAINS SWITCH to turn the wind speed to maximum and turn the fan light on. Only in this way can the PULL CHAINS SWITCH and wireless remote control be used together.
2. If you have multiple ceiling fans in your home, please make sure that the PIN code settings are different between them, otherwise it is likely that the transmitter next door activates the ceiling fan in your bedroom. This will cause the ceiling fan to turn on strangely while you sleep.

Bought this as a gamble to replace a lost Kichler remote as the manufacturer wanted about five times the price of this one. Fortunately for me, the fan’s receiver pins were left on factory settings by the electrician. I just popped in a battery and it worked right away.

Used with our Harbor Breeze fan. Unfortunately, our fan’s motor eventually gave and we’re left with this perfectly working remote just sitting in our drawer. We’ll keep it as backup with our newer fans.

Ordered this to replace the Harbor Breeze remote that's operates our our back porch fan/light.Ours was missing the battery cover when we bought the house and that has always bothered me.Visually, this is nearly an exact replica of the factory remote, both front and back. Internally, they appear identical.They take an A23 battery. It is not included.Not a common size but easily found on Amazon or at Wally World.Setup was simple, instructions were clear.It came with the dip switches all in the up position, just like the old remote was set up. It did not want to connect, so I jumped to the third setup option and used the connect button. Worked like a champ, first try.Very pleased with it, great value for the money, looks and works like the factory remote.

I bought a house a few months ago and did not get working remotes for 3 of the ceiling fans/lights. Its been really frustrating not being able to turn on a light in my living room (there is no wall switch for it) and not being able to turn off the fans in my garage and office. Sitting there in a sweater at my desk when its 85 degrees outside because the fan is on any time I turn on the light.... WELL NOT ANYMORE!! I have Harbor Breeze fans and looked thru lots of listings on Amazon but wasn't sure which to choose. I took a chance on this one and it has so many different possible codes, it actually ended up working on all my fans/lights !!!. Now I need to buy two more of them to code one for each fixture. So glad I found this remote, its inexpensive and inconspicuous mounted on the wall. Happy and warm at last !

This remote works well but was shipped without the battery cover. My old battery cover fits but is a different color. I can't reach the seller so I will probably return the remote. This is a hassle.

The installation guide is not great, but you can figure it out as long you remember/keep track of your old wiring. Unit is bigger and shaped different, so keep that in mind, but it works much better than the original. Love the dimming function.
