I tired to put this together as shown in the directions. problem is the hole I need to an the tube to the ear fitting is to small. Do not buy this! I found and alternative that works perfectly

So this product works great. Loved it but it just a hassle to put on and take off. And don’t get me started with a bathroom situation because you’ll just want to rip it off.

I work fairly long shifts for a private security company, I've been using this product for 3 weeks now and it's absolutely amazing.I was initially concerned regarding reviews of unreliable transmissions. I do believe this may be attributed to the location of the PTT mic, mine is clipped onto my collar and as I've tested, sounds clear and works in the rain and wind. My mic is approx 2 to 3 inches from my mouth when I speak into it.In regards to the durability, I handle this device with care, considering the price point it's understandable that breakages will happen if you don't handle the wires carefully. That said once you have it all in place everything is sturdy and feels durable. The button on the mic feels good to press.The earpiece was uncomfortable for the first day and had to be trimmed down slightly, however this is to be expected, the sound quality was clear. After a few weeks of use I can't tell it's in my ear. I opt to use the pink earpiece as opposed to the earbud, this allows me to hear all background noise and enhances officer safety.The PTT mic is also safer than your standard speakerphone mic as it doesn't give people something to grab onto and choke you with. It's also light and stays stable if you have to run.There's a lot more I could say about this item, I recommend it.

Sound Quality is great crystal clear, but the ear coil has no resistance so it comes out of the housing 2 or 3 times in a 12 hour shift trying to fish it out of your EMS Uniform shirt makes you look like a Psych Patient. Today while attaching the Accessory to head to the UofL vs Notre Dam Game the screw broke off at the head it requires a few extra turns to be tight compared to the OEM Motorola Accessories luckily I was able to use the screw from my OEM Public Safety Mic which is a much firmer tighter fit higher grade. I recommend this If you attach the accessory 1 time and leave it in place but if you switch accesories often the screw will no survive. to remedy the ear Coil coming out of home base I took a super small zip tie through the slats and made it snug so the coil can no longer twist, then cut the zip tie and heated the tip so it doesnt scratch your back.

I bought this in March 2018. It worked great, although a bit uncomfortable. Nevertheless, it worked and did exactly what I needed it to do. I needed an earpiece that would allow me to converse while working in an airport ramp. It is extremely noisy and difficult to have radio communication, but this earpiece helped provide good reception.Unfortunately, I don't recomend it. In November 2018, the earpiece stopped working. I don't know why. The cord is not frayed or broken; nothing is missing, but it doesn't emit any sound from the earpiece. I wish I could return it for a refund, but its outside the time allowed for me to return it.Again, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.

Works great. Good sound quality, and is very comfortable. The only problem I had with it was when I screwed it into my radio. The screw broke off with only tightening it down a little bit. The screw was made of very brittle metal.
