Seat post is 27.2. Inside diameter of bike tube 28.2 and outside diameter is 28.6 this works great. Nice and snug. Easy on and off.

This clamp is not quite as sleek in design as some of the others but it does the job well and that’s what matters. The clamp operates smoothly thanks to the large bushing on the arm side, with easy adjustment using the knurled adjuster on the other side.
