Picture shows the charging port on the side of battery but it's on the bottom. Also the weight is similar to the much smaller stock battery suggesting a similar to only marginal battery density/power increase.

The casing split down the sides after normal use forcing me to use tape to hold them together. The latching mechanism barely grasps and doesn't line up like original batteries do. At first the charge would last a few days of normal use and now it last most of a day of normal use.

Bought this for my radios but it clearly is not the correct battery. Had to return it unfortunately

I need my HT to be on for extended periods and these are great. I keep one on the charger while the other is in use.

Overall everything is as advertised and the best part is I can now charge from anywhere anytime. It also makes it so much easier to input frequencies with the added length at the bottom

These batteries have been perfect for my radio I keep them both fully charged and the spare is kept in my jeep even though I never had to use it yet. I can go for a week on just 1 of these batteries. I use my radio at work and just running around. I cant believe the deal for these, if you use your Baofeng radios alot and have more than 1 then you really need these batteries.

The extended charge battery, they are very nice to have, I do and not problem. The thing I don’t like is the charging cord. The USB end, it’s big and was not made strong not much support on staying together. It will come apart if something hit against it. The reason for that, there is a mother board on that end. Some “one” must be care full. It’s not a defect. You just need to be careful. Other than that it is awesome. Thanks

Bought these to use on my pair of UV5Rs during a road trip. I charged em up and we set out for what's normally a 8 hr drive the next morning. Due to traffic it turned into a 13 hr drive where we used the radio's dozens of times a hour for chit chat and what ever else we wanted. They got turned off once for less than 30 minutes during a lunch stop but otherwise ran continuously. When we arrived they still worked perfectly and showed no signs of dying. I think it goes without saying but these weren't plugged in to 12V during any of this time. Super happy with this purchase.
