purchased these for my PSP it fits in the system, but the thickness does not help close the cover so it’s a bit thicker than the actual original battery.

This battery lasts long enough, but I don't know how much longer it lasts than the original battery. My original battery has been dead for many years, and I don't remember how long it lasted. This battery fits well. It also seems to be of good quality. If you have a PSP, this will get it working again.

I needed a new battery for my PSP 1000 as the battery I had started to puff up and I did not want to keep using it as it could have exploded.So I got this one, I'm not sure about it's actual capacity, but it does cdharge up and lasts a while.I was able to get my PSP back up and running again with it.I would recommend it if you need a new battery for yours!

Zero percent chance of these being 4800mAh batteries. The physical size vs chemistry just doesn't math.These do work well, and seem to hold a charge OK too, but I would be skeptical that if the selling point is "I'm bigger" when they aren't, I'm guessing the actual cells aren't that good.

This bettery worked out quite well for me. The PSP lasts more than twice as long as the original battery had. I had no issues inserting the battery and getting it running.Great product and value on a hard to find item! Definitely rocemmended!

I found my old PSP in storage a couple weeks ago and the battery was completely shot. Would not charge and wouldn't power on without being plugged in. So I got this. Works great! Powered on fine without a charge out of the box and charged just fine. Bringing my old PSP back to life.

The best thing about the OG PSP is the larger grips allowing for much larger battery. This battery reports an astounding 4800 mAh capacity. I cant verify for sure it actually has that much, but it is a good long lasting batttery regardless and is definitely longer than my stock battery. Fits great in an original PSP 1000. Charges fully and doesn't die prematurely. Price is OK for a single battery without any accessories or cables or anything but could be cheaper. It's still a good deal and I recommend if you want maximum battery life on a PSP 1000.
