I think it’s a great head strap, nicely made, very sturdy. It fit our Quest 3s perfectly.. the only problem is, it did not fit my son’s head comfortably & securely. When he moved his head the unit would move around his head. So, we will be returning it and looking for something else. My son is 13. This would probably work better for adults with larger heads.

This was easy to install. I've used other head straps for the Oculus 2 and the Oculus 3 and this is the most comfortable. There are two adjustments, the back and the top. The battery pack also works great. Of the ones I've tried, this is the one to get!

Easy to use, doesn't slide around, starts in place week, doesn't feel odd, can fit a child or adult, and helps by giving just enough battery that I'm bored by the time I need a new charge, I like the there's more batteries available so maybe you can add more, but this is enough for my gaming habits , great value
