So far so good! It was super easy to set up. I am using this for backup power to a sump pump. After setting up, I put a circuit tester in the output outlet and it confirmed the circuit was good and grounded properly. Very happy with the ending results, and am now feeling more comfortable for when our next deluge of rain comes.

Inverter arrived well packaged and in good shape. Very easy to set up, instructions were adequate. I connected it to an AGM battery for a back up power supply for my very active sump pump. Disconnecting the AC power the inverter switched instantly and silently, you would never know the pump was running on the battery backup. I tested it for twelve hours and it never missed a beat, when I reconnected AC power the inverter started recharging the battery it was still silent.Only negative is I wish the outlets were spread further apart. I use a sensor type switch on my pump and due to the size of the plug I am only able to use one of the three outlets, that's why I rated it four starts and not five.

We got this sump pump battery as a backup just in case. It was delivered undamaged with all the accessories as depicted. Since this is a backup, we haven't needed to use it. I like the peace of mind of having it.

So far, the inverter works as advertised. Switched over to DC battery power in the blink of an eye. There is one minor but irritating detail -The video on this site doesn't include any info on grounding the unit. The ups/inverter came with a small yellow wire with a loop connector on one end and an alligator clip on the other. I ASSUME it's for connecting a ground but there is nothing in the manual about grounding, either. There IS a grounding nut on the inverter. I'm writing to the company to see what they suggest.

The first unit had a terrible burning smell and smoke coming out of the housing when charging the battery. A replacement unit was sent and it performs as it should.
