I love the look of this wine refrigerator. It hold 12 bottles of wine. We have only had it 36 hours. After we installed it we did not plug it in per operating instructions for 24 hours. It needs time to rest after shipping for the coolant to settle. It’s been operating for about 12 hours now and perhaps it just needs more time to settle in. The temperature swings are somewhat confusing. If I set it at 49 degrees F, within 20 minutes it drops down to 46 degrees. Then climbs up to 50 degrees within an hour. Guess I might just have to live with that. We did like many others, replaced a 12” trash compactor that manufactures discontinued with a 12” wine fridge. Fridge looks better and smells better. Have to add this wine fridge is so quiet you can hardly hear it running. The instruction booklet that came with it, unlike so many is very clear and easy to understand.

We chose this wine cooler very carefully. It has all the features we wanted and has good reviews on Amazon. It arrived in a timely fashion and worked nicely for almost two years. One day, for no apparent reason, it stopped working and would no longer cool. We contacted the Colzer company and were encouraged since they were immediately responsive. However, they are more concerned about our room and refuse to believe that we are knowledgeable enough to know that the compressor is no longer working. Our room is kept at a constant 70-degree temperature year-round, and there have been no power outages in more than a year. The response from Colzer says, "Your refrigerator may be unable to cool due to insufficient refrigerant. You can contact your local maintenance agency to help you repair it. However, we can provide you with a partial refund if you apply, and you need to provide your order number. Are you satisfied with our service? Would you like to give us a five-star review?"We have diligently tried to call repair places, and we have been told that getting parts for Colzer products is impossible and that it is not worth our trouble. The company has yet to tell us how to apply for this partial refund, but I would need more to satisfy me anyway. A refrigerator opened only about twice per week should last longer than two years. I would not recommend the Colzer company to future buyers.

Ordered this based on the look and size we needed. Some reviews were concerning so we waited for 3 months to review to make sure it runs great!1. It is a very good looking double door drink wine cooler!2. Dual zone cooling! Great feature to chill wine and cool drinks3. Nice blue interior ambient lighting and the cool setting lit up4. Quiet.5 so far works great in every way and we have received a lot of compliments for it in our outdoor kitchen!

This little fridge fit perfectly in the trash compactor space! I like that I can keep the wine and beer/soda at different temps.

Beautiful beverage cooler. I bought it for my new home, but it was more than 30 days before it was installed. It was then that I discovered two (of four) broken legs. I could not return the item due to the problem being discovered past the 30-day return window.. The Amazon instructions insisted that I contact the seller. However, the only seller information provided was in Chinese! No help! The beverage cooler works fine and looks very nice. It is operating as expected and keeping all beverages at the temperature setting. However, I feel short-changed, having received a product with broken legs. These legs are no more than a bolt with a large, black, plastic nut that serves as the foot. Two of the four black plastic nuts/feet were broken when received. I recommend that you check all parts carefully. As for me, I am having to use wedges to level my beverage cooler. I won't buy from this seller again.
