machine works fine, only thing wrong was kalamera didn't put the owners manuel, screws for the handle, hinges so i could change the door direction. amazon had to send another entire machine so i could get the parts i needed, get the parts and ship back to amazon. "kalamera was not responding on the missing parts, i tried serverl times but they didn't seam to care.

We did a lot of research before pulling the trigger on a fridge for our bar. This one is perfect. There are lots of options as far as for cans, bottles and large bottles. So far it's working great. It keeps drinks as cold as if they were in the big refrigerator.

The fridge is fantastic. It keeps everything cool consistently, has an enormous amount of space and looks incredible. Its an incredible value! It can be a little noisy at times when its working hard to cool things down but is otherwise perfect.

Are unit came on the day it was promised and was well packaged... not a single dent. It was easy to unwrap and in perfect condition. We followed the directions and let it sit for 24 hours. I put the handle on without much effort. I'd suggest that you use a long toothpick or meat skewer, putting it in the holes on the outside of the door, it makes it easier to locate the holes on the inside.As directed, after installing refrigerator and plugging it in we ran it empty for 24 hours. It reached our desired temperature setting of 34F and remained at that temp. We have now filled it with beverages and it is working great and is more quiet than our previous unit.We really like this unit and perfectly matches our other stainless steal appliances! Oh, and one "heads up" the handle came with the proper screws, but I couldn't figure out what to do with two little black plastic caps (which were not mentioned in the instructions). I finally realized that were to cover the holes where the handle was attached if you choose to not attach the handle.

Gets beverages nice and cold (down to 38 degrees). Wish there were more shelf height options. Sometimes the shelf heights don’t work for certain bottles

After owning a more expensive brand and hoping to find something a little more cost-effective, that still looks good, I picked this unit. Per the photographs that I shared, it’s installed in a bar area and looks great. Right out of the box, it Plugged in and started cooling. It shipped on a small palette, wrapped and protected well . The unit seems to make very little noise - I can only hear it when I put my ear to it. It cools nicely too. I find the shelves functional and easy to manipulate - shown in the final photo that I posted. I spread the shelves out and use the top wooden shelf for bottles to lay down. As shown in my photos, the countertops I have are standard 36 inches high and 24 inches wide. You can see that this fits easily with plenty of space all around to allow ventilation for the compressor. Additionally, the plug provided is flat which is excellent (something that I was worried might force the unit forward). I used a level to make sure the unit was sitting flat annd adjusted its height slightly (easy to do). I could also make the unit a bit taller to decrease the gap at the top, but it doesn’t bother me. I know that these units sometimes have problems, but I highly recommend this so far for the price, aesthetic and function.

"I purchased the refrigerator in July 2023. It arrived in good time. The fridge was placed in an upstairs game room and filled with various drinks. I can honestly say that we did not use the fridge much during the warranty period and in May of 2024 we discovered that it was not cooling properly. The inside temperature gauge read 52 degrees. After verifying the temperature with my own gauge I contacted the Kalamera support team. They were very helpful and gave me instructions on possibly correcting the problem.After a series of questions that I answered it was determined that a control board was not working properly. Kalamera sent a new board with instructions on how I could replace the board myself. The service team actually sent the wrong board to me but immediately sent out the correct board within a couple days. I replaced the board but the problem with the high temperature remained. Kalamera has agreed to refund the entire purchase price even though the warranty period had expired 1-2 months prior to my contacting them about the situation. I greatly appreciate their willingness to refund the refrigerator."
