These push pins are not smoothly "finished" properly and have sharp bits and edges that make using each one of these very uncomfortable as you push them in. Push pins should not hurt your fingers when you use them.

I need some push pins for an upcoming fabric painting workshop. I chose these because I thought I could keep track of them while working in a group. The minty green is very nice, and the pins will work well for a one week workshop. But they are much more lightweight than typical plastic push pins I own, and once I am back home I will always reach for those first.
