I purchased these a while back thinking what a great deal, so many LED’s for such a low price, unbelievable! When they arrived I saw how microscopic the lights are with absolutely no information on how to install them. I got them to light up in their plastic strip, but removing the light from the plastic to install it is next to impossible. You breath wrong and the thing disappears, much trying to solder such a tiny object to something, a person would have to have very tiny hands and nerves of steel, not me on either account. So these things have been in a drawer ever since. Is there any way to find some information or tips on how to install them. I mean even the smallest clue would help.

Work very well for personal projects. Used on several projects. Last one was a badge and had no issues soldering to the pcb.

There is only 1 led on the die when there should be 3, led uses about 20-40ma as opposed to 100-150ma

Though these things are tiny, I mean tiny, I managed to solder 8 of them into my Harley speedometer, and the color went from the standard, dull amberish cored back lighting to a bright, but not overly bright, cool looking blue. They are a great buy as long as you know the task your taking on with such tiny, little led's
