I am very disappointed of both the quality of the product and the customer service. To begin with, the seller informed Amazon the product was shipped, then didn't bother to actually dropped off at the carrier until 4 days later. The carpet arrived late, yet seems very low quality, with lot of dusts and fibers coming off the carpet edges and corners easily. I have little confidence using it on my boat. The seller refused to allow returning, no refund, and ignored my further inquiry. Overall, it is a waste of money.

Purchase this carpet to replace some worn out carpet in my boat. When I receive the package it had a puncture hole in it which went through the carpet and made a hole in the carpet. Made a phone call to the person I purchased it from and was greatly satisfied with the replacement carpet sent. Very good product. Had to order more when I ran out and next batch was slightly darker in color. Did not realize it until it was already installed. Oh well still looks good
