As with anything "too good to be true" these failed the test. As I was mounting the ball end of the cable into the clasp, the spring that provides re-coil popped out. My only guess is that the spring was secue utilising the most cost effective method, rather than securing it properly within the housing.It's not a total loss as the bike I'm fitting them to has V brakes which have a spring in the caliper. They will do for now I hope.The fit and finish of the brakes could be better, but I've seen worse. From a distance, they look acceptable.I'm only giving 2 stars, but that may change depending on their performance once they've been in action for a few weeks.

They are brake levers. They feel decently solid and not too cheap. The cables they came with are a tad short if you have a long cruiser bike, but for a road bike they were just about the perfect length for the rear brake and plenty of extra for the front to work with. If you need to get a bike working on a tight budget, there are for you.

We got these for our 10 year old's 20 inch cheap wallyworld bike and they fit and work prefect. They might even be better than what the bike came with. Fairly easy install. Super happy with the purchase.

Bought, used for light rides for my sons. Broke. Not very robust, son fortunately only had light injuries but poor quality like this should not be on sale. Sorry.

I’ve been using this for a few weeks, I don’t usually leave a review until after a few weeks of use, these levers works great, at first i was hesitant to ride hard but the type of rushing I do (black diamond) it does the job, I should use hydraulic brakes but these brakes does the job, and it’s probably gonna last
