PROS: these silicone molds are easy to wash and use. Very easy to get the chocolate bars out of the molds.CONS: a little flimsy, which is typical of silicone molds.OVERALL: My daughter and I made both white chocolate and dark chocolate bars. We found the molds to be exceptionally easy to use and they worked exactly as they should. And, easy to get clean afterward! We used a thin cutting board under them to make transfer to and from the fridge a less messy proposition. The size is perfect for making small sweet treats. We even layered caramel in one and it worked great. I’m glad we bought these and we will be using them frequently.

We did our first Dubai chocolate, and it was great. The mold is convenient

This set of silicone chocolate bar molds are very thin. They don’t hold the shape well. When I loaded them with melted chocolate, they bent under the weight of the chocolate and very hard to lift them up without making a mess.

This mold works great but I got the 1/2 inch size. Get the deeper 1 inch size if you are trying to make the trendy thick filled bars. 1/2 works nice for a thin layer of filling. Chocolate comes easily from the mold.

I’ve been wanting to make a chocolate bar with a thick, nubby filling, and this mold, with a depth of a full inch, looks like just the ticket for it. I also like the side with an interesting refractory pattern for solid bars. The mold is a bit bendy, as silicone molds and pans are wont to be, so do plan to place it on something stable, like a sheet pan, before filling if you’ll be moving it afterward (say, into the fridge). I’m very pleased to have this and look forward to some happy experiments!

There's bound to be something I can make in these stylish silicone molds. I remember eating very thin brownies made by a major American food company. They were extremely popular and sold for years but suddenly discontinued. I would eat one with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and chase it down with an espresso nero. Well, I've waited long enough for some company to bring them back so it's time for me to figure out how to make my own. And while I'm figuring that out, I might try using these molds to make other dessert which are basically mix, heat, pour and wait until the mix solidifies. These two molds look like they can handle any of the required ingredients I can throw at them.

These are perfect for making Dubai chocolate bars. They're deep enough where you get good, thick layers of chocolate and filling. Since they're silicone, you just peel back the mold off the finished chocolate bars, but make sure the bars are very well chilled before you try to unmold them.

Simple, basic silicon molds that can be used for a lot of desserts besides chocolate itself. I plan on using this to make coconut bars. It's soft and washes well. It is also flexible so easy to take whatever you're putting in out.Disclosure: I ordered this item through the Amazon Vine program and I have done my best to provide an honest unbiased review. How I rate the products-5 Stars = Exceeded my expectations.
