For now I am giving 2 stars. Quality control failed.There were 5 holes out of approx 12 holes that were too small for the screws they provided. One bracket had one unusable hole, the other bracket had 4. If I did not need to adjust the brackets for a bigger or smaller size it would not have been a problem. However, as it was received I could not use them and I was going to send these back. Luckily, I decided to try my drill to widen the holes. I did not know if this would work. It was slow going drilling through metal. It worked, the brackets are in use. They are heavy duty but I’ve had them less than 24 hours so we’ll see. Had I received them in working order my rating would be higher, 4 or 5. As it was, a 10 minute job took an hour.

I was not able to assemble this rack due to poor quality. Due to the coating used on the rack the screws could not be screwed in. Even with a strong screwdriver they would not fit. Two of the screws had a knob on them, and there was no way I could fit these screws in with my fingers. Luckily I had a proper size tap (a tool to make threads) and I cleaned out the threaded holes. After this I was able to assemble the rack and use my flower box. Other than the assembly problem, is is a good quality. But, and that's a big but, if I didn't have a tool to fix it, it would have been junk.

None of the screws fit right except for two so it doesn’t stay together or even ready go together. Don’t buy.
