I actually purchased 3 more of these sets after I bought this first one. I love them because the bowls come out easily to clean & fill, the puppy, the metal holders are sturdy, and the puppy can't knock over her water & food. Love them! I outfitted all our dog crates with these. It did take two people to set these up because we placed them on the same side as the door hinges.

My boston terrier is a menace and constantly spills her water when she’s crated. We have tried so many bowls, heavy ceramic ones metal plastic etc. She spills them all. With this she spills it… slightly less. She somehow still manages to get this bowl 90 degrees on the side to spill water but some does stay in her bowl so It’s better than nothing.

This set of 2 crate bowls looks very cute with the blue color on the outside decorated with paw prints. Each bowl comes with a ring that clamps to the crate which holds the bowl in place. I like that the bowls are made from stainless steel. Please see my photos for more details.

My puppy has this plastic chewing obsession even though she has every possible appropriate toy. Anyways she taught herself to tip over her food and water bowls just to get a reaction from me. Well, enter these bowls and the attachment and problem solved. I opted to set up a play pen from Evenflow and attached the bowls to the inside of the pen (screws outside). Worked like a charm and they look fantastic. Stores a whole day of food in the smaller red one and two days of water in the larger black one. I'm not gone from her that long but I'm demonstrating their size for this review. I placed the bowls close to the floor so no problem with the brackets. Sturdy...yes, water retention..yes, and a good fit...yes. I highly recommend. Oh, for a standard wire crate these work as well too.
