If you have a cheap bike with giant bolt and nut these are perfect to make bike seat adjustment much easier. If your fancy bike has a small collar for the bike seat: remove white nylon washers, remove hand nut at the end, consider cutting the bolt provided, adjust, close and you are good to go.
