Seller worked out any issues we had. Some files were damaged, shipping delayed, but they made it right. Not too difficult to put together once we got the hang of it. We ordered 6 files. 28"h is hard to find, so this unit was a great fit for us. Wish the files fit better & were more to the front of the unit. Overall, I would recommend.

product was well packaged. cabinet was reasonably easy to assembly and surprisingly sturdy. Instructions were decently clear dispite a few obvious translation shortfalls. overall a decent value for a basic cabinet.

This file cabinet was well packaged. It is size wise what I wanted but not as medium duty as I would have liked for it to be. I'd like to say it only took me 1.5 hours to put it together but it took longer. Don't waste your time using the included screw driver, go straight and get your "electric screwdriver." Use the screws to predrill the holes in the top of the cabinet as otherwise you will spend too much time trying to line up those exceedingly tiny holes you cannot see on the bottom of the top part with the holes in the sides. The drawers are folded so be prepared to handle that situation. Other than those issues, getting the drawers seated properly was a little difficult but it worked out. Also, had to buy A4 hanging file holders to use the front to back filing system but they work fine once placed in file cabinet. You can use letter hanging files if you use side to side or legal if you adjust the brace/bracket for that.Pros: Right sized, looks decent, drawers won't open with another drawer open, has a lock, will work for my small home office sufficiently. Instructions were not bad, video does not exactly match the cabinet I bought but it still was helpful.Cons: Not easy to put together for me, metal is lighter than I would prefer, No file support if not using hanging files,

The cabinet was relatively easy to assemble, took a grand total of 1.5 hours. The gauge of the metal is substantial enough to easily carry the weight specified. The engineering is superb. The unit even came with a pair of gloves and a screwdriver ( although a toy ) The thought was there. I like the safety design that stops drawers from being opened when one is already open. Well thought out !!!!

Love this file cabinet. Had a horrible experience with a prior purchase, and this restored my faith in online shopping for large items. I contacted the seller prior to ordering this, and asked whether they paid for returns and they assured me, that should there be a defect, they would do anything to make it right, including pay for the return/exchange.It comes with an instruction manual. Some might find it lacking, but you must pay strict attention to the orientation in the pictures. It said assembly needs two people and I assembled by myself. I used my own screwdriver rather than the one provided. I am a female and had no problem with assembly whatsoever. It took about 11/2 hours total, including unpacking. BTW, the packing is the best. Just be sure to unpack carefully, as, should you for some reason need to return, you need the original package. The metal is a little on the thinner side but still very sturdy. The drawers accommodate all sizes of files.Overall, just thrilled with this file cabinet from beginning to end. Inexpensive but quality purchase.

It’s a good looking sturdy file cabinet, however. After spending several hours assembling , I went to hang my standard folders. Guess what.. drawer too wide to hang. Now I have to buy an internal frame. This is unacceptable for a product that is marketed as a standard file cabinet. It’s not. Also be prepared to call your dad to help you put together. I wouldn’t buy it again, but I’ll make it work

Nice file cabinet. FOLLOW the directions when assembling the unit. The metal is on the thin side BUT at this price point, it was nice. Thank you.
