The kit came in two packages within 1-1/2 weeks-First thing the DRO Monitor was faulty-Vender sent a replacement monitor within 5 days and arrived within 2 weeks-This monitor was good-Installed on machine-Very easy to install-Had to fab several mounting brackets to work on my install-DRO kit worked great after install-This was the easiest install on a DRO system I have installed-I have installed at least 5 different systems on lathes and mills all glass scales. The only thing I don't like is the cross feed has to be installed on X axis. I like it to be installed on Y axis. So far, I am very pleased with my purchase. I installed on a Clausing Colchester 15" x 54" lathe.

Everything arrived as described. The included mounting hardware was sufficient to my needs for installing on my 50”x15” lathe. The head unit seems durable and the buttons have a good feel. Setting the parameters was quite simple ( eg. setting to read diameter, calibration, reversing +- reading, ) it came with a paperback manual as well as the on screen manual, both written identical . Also customizing the scale size is very basic. Tin snips to cut the magnetic tape and a power miter saw to cut the aluminum track is all you need.
