It's really easy to usea and clip on your shoes, it fit perfectly on shimano clips.It helps you to move without damaging your clips.

I always dismissed these as unnecessary... then I bought the on a whim and I have no idea why I never tried them. First the clip on cover definitely makes it easier walking around on hard surfaces. You won't find yourself slipping. Steps feel more stable with these on. That alone is worth the price.Second I find that my cleats are wearing slower than normal. I don't know how much these will extend the life of my current cleats but they are helping.The covers are initially very tight to get on, but after you use them a few times they loosen up a bit and you can pop them on and off without much fuss.There's really nothing negative to say about these.
