Item was as described when it arrived. But the quality is not good.It is loud and sounds good though.CONS:It stopped working after only 2 months, considering it is not used consistently everyday.

Single note horn, nice and loud. When paired up with my standard RV horns, it sounds like a freight train!

Easy installation. The sound is unbelievable. I’ve had air horns in all my vehicles for the past 20 years and these have to be the best horns both of quality and loudness I have ever had.

I have used it to say hey as I drive by and end up scaring the crap out of people. Lol. Love it though. Thought about getting one for my motorcycle too. Loud and works great

Easy to install and so much fun. It’s loud and obnoxious as one would expect. So much fun

This is a fun horn and it's definitely louder than any stock SUV horn, but it's nowhere near the advertised "150 dcb". I measured it to be 84 dcb 1 ft away when installed, so it's nearly half of what's advertised. The only horns you'll find which are that loud come from reputable companies such as HornBlasters, but nothing on Amazon. You will need a longer length of tubing between the trumpet and compressor than what comes in the box, so take measurements and buy what length you need. You may also need to buy some wiring because I didn't find what was provided to be long enough. It also wouldn't hurt to get a couple hose clamps for the tube to make sure either end doesn't come loose. The button is also very cheap, so buy it without a button and get a carling rocker switch or whatever works for you. Depending on what connections you have, you may also need a couple female spade connectors (also not included). Basically, you need to be an amateur low-voltage electrician. This kit is "universal", after all. This is a very fun and relatively cheap horn if you can get it to work with your vehicle.
