The horns are nice and loud! Very much like car horns from large cars from the 60’s and 70’s. There are no instructions, so I will offer some tips: There are two spade plugs to attach your wiring. They are not labeled + or -, and it doesn’t matter which one you use. Just use the same side for hot on both horns and the opposite for ground. The hot plug you choose will connect to the output of your horn relay. This will be 12 volts. The ground plug should be connected to a ground source from the body. Make sure the ground wire connection is clean so a good ground is achieved. Now, very important!: The horns come with four attaching straps. Two straps per horn. You can use one or both attaching straps for each horn. One end of the strap is attached to the center bolt of the horn, and tightened. The other is attached to the body. The point of the strap is to let the horn vibrate. If you use the center bolt coming out of the horn to attach to the body, the horn will not vibrate well and sound muted and awful. The strap/s are very important. Overall the horns sound great, but the manufacturer really needs to include instructions for those that do not read this review. Good value, and great sound!

The horns look well made. Normal in most respects. There's no documentation, which is fine sometimes. Here's the problem, the terminals are not marked +/- so I will have to guess when hooking them up. We're talking 12VDC so they will either work or not and I really doubt any damage will occur if I guess incorrectly. The second minor problem is the mounting hardware. I think the mounting bar should be a little more substantial - time will tell if that's correct or not. And there should be a third hole for mounting the set on a vehicle. Adding polarity markings or including documentation and providing a third hole would improve the product. The price point is really good.

They both seem to work. I didn't realize this was two horns. I thought it would be two pronged high and low. Because of the location of our horn we can only use the high horn as the prongs point left on driver's side. There were no instructions in the box. The two prong system is one horn, one ground. To test these we looped the ground onto it and used the 9v battery test. Both horns worked slightly, since they run on a 12v system we didn't get full power into it. Overall it seems okay, but definitely a confusing product listing. I was not expecting two horns.

Reading through the item carefully I thought this would be a single horn as I know some manufacturer will use two. The wording even say horn, not horns and does not say there's a separate high and low tone horn which is what I received. I was very unhappy when I received this and saw the two horns as I could not install this on my motorcycle as it won't fit. The wiring was not plug and play either and I would need to make some modifications if it was usable. This manufacture needs to be clearer about what this product is.

I ordered these horns for my students use in project vehicle, in my automotive electrical class. The horns work great. They sound nice and loud. There is a high and a low pitch horn, 4 brackets and 2 nuts in the box.The horns were as described in the listing, and I am happy with them.

I got this to replace my "please sir, I think you are in my way" motorcycle horn with something that says "get the F out of my way!" and boy does it! I only used the lower-pitched horn but I sounded both of them off when deciding which one to go with and both are plenty loud. I'll probably give the other one to my son for his motorcycle. On a motorcycle, safety is about being noticed and nothing gets you noticed like a really loud horn!They have plastic housings which is fine for a car or truck when it is mounted behind something. We will see how long it lasts on the motorcycle.

I’m using these to augment my factory horn in order to make sure I can get people’s attention in traffic, so I wired these alongside the others. Definitely loud enough to get attention and do the job! It does not come with any wiring so you’ll have to DIY it unless using these as direct replacements for the ones from the factory. But chances are if you’re looking at this you probably already know this. These look to be made as well as the originals but time will tell how well they hold up.

Easy swap out for 2016 Rav4 and a huge improvement to the sound of the stock horn. It feels built really solid and sounds like someone will hear you on the highway, so that's a plus!
