Item as described. We bought these because my wife makes things like stuffed chicken breasts and thighs and she got tired of using wooden skewers. These make the process much easier and better. Easier to put in and much easier to remove.

The turkey lacers have quite sharp tips and are made of stainless steel. I used them as skewers for shrimp, and they worked well.

These are nice turkey lacers / metal skewers - exactly as described in the product description. Rather than use them for trussing, I'm using them to make "pokey" tools for removing vinyl cutouts from Cricut designs. They work great for this handmade craft product, and they are a good price.
