It arrived in good shape, and I ordered based on it being for my model. and other models, of Hamilton Beach Flex Brew, but it was too short to engage with the drip spring. I have 2 models. One at each home and it was too short for both models. I would suggest buying the manufacture carafe.

Needed a replacement drip coffee pot for an Hamilton Beach coffee maker.We ordered this as it stated it was a substitute for the originalThe pot came well packed, styrofoam inner and cardboard outer.A side by side comparison there was no difference in looks and fit. The glass was the same thickness as the original and we have had no problem with using this. Certainly this is a replacement that I would recommend

A replacement to the coffee carafe that I broke when washing. The replacement came quick and 100% intact.
