It's a great screened vent with horizontal fins.Size is 11³/4" by 11³/4" on the front and 10" by 10" on the inside, fine mesh that bugs won't be able to get in. All metal and the screen is crimped on the edges and corners to hold in place. The proportion is way off in the pictures. It's not even close to a gables vent like mine that's on the east and west sides of the home. But for a screened vent it's good, would work great in a enclosed house garage or shed.
