These are very wide professional type. Perfect for home chunk meat kebab. Minced meat kebabs are tricky if the recipe does not include a binder to hold the meat together to avoid its falling off the skewer!

Skewers are the exact size I was looking for (23.5” edge of handle to tip). They do not rust (left overnight in rain). Easily wash in dish soap. Width of the skewer was also very important - meat doesn’t roll. Photo of skewer on half sheet pan.

1000% approved!Perfect length. Sturdy, fit on my grill just right. It can hold 20 inches of steak tips and did not bend. Also the ends were not scary sharp where i feel like i would slice myself open as I prepped the food.
