*Edit* cable failed and quit working after less than 20 minutes. Cable is junk and not a direct fit. You can't return a damaged cable and can't get it off without damaging it more. Amazon will argue with you. So if you buy this and it fails, you're out the money and at most get a small Amazon credit.-I own a Toro 22" recycler. After reading the description and models it fit, I purchased this cable. It should have been a direct fit as advertised. As you can see from my photo, it's not. There's about 8 inches more in cable length than the original factory cable. This means you have to wind and bind the extra cable with zip ties so it doesn't drag on the ground. I'm not sure what the long term effect will be on the guidewire. I would have returned this if my grass wasn't so long and my mower not usable without this part. I'm giving it 2 stars because it will work on this mower if you put the top of guidewire guard just barely in the cradle top of it's clamp before screwing the bracket down to hold it. But, again, you're dealing with so much excess cable that any further adjustments in tension are impossible. This product is simply not as advertised which makes me believe the other good reviews were paid for by the maker of this product. Choose another cable if you have a Toro.
