Works as expected. The power supply itself is finished well, and we'll see how well it holds up outside over time. I do wish it has 2 outputs instead of one dual, but it gets the job done!

Ordered this: 100W Weatherproof Power Supply for Philips Hue Outdoor Low Voltage Lights by MonsterPwr - for use with a Hue pedestal light I am going to be installing at a tiny home this summer. To be clear I have not purchased a brand name power adapter so this review is not a comparison with that one.The item came in a brown unbranded box and I was not able to find any model number or ETL marking. No listing information was present such that I could look it up. Which I do for all products that show a listing in the description but I cannot find the mark on the product. In comparison the brand name product, which is more expensive is UL listed which is generally considered the gold standard.I tested it and it is providing 24 volts. The housing is metal and the build quality seems pretty decent. I went with 4 stars because I could not validate the listing details and the price seems high for a generic component. At 2/3 the price of a brand name component it may or may not be worth the risk, considering Hue products are top of the line it seems a little risky using a generic product that I can't validate listing on.Not a very long cord, but same length as the brand name product... pretty much need extension cables which they do sell as well.That being said this product appears well made and solid. No apparent issues.
