Used this to cut a 400mm piece of 4040 extruded aluminum down to 200mm each. Wasn't overly loud and did the job with little to no effort. I'll be cutting some 1/8 aluminum sheet next, but I wish I had some more extrusion to cut right now lol.

I purchased this blade to cut 1/4” plexiglass on my table saw. The cuts were smooth, with no chipping. It’s a good blade.

I recently picked up a table saw so I could start cutting acrylic sheets for display cases. From the reasearch I did online, I knew that the blade that came with the saw would not be ideal, so I found this on Amazon.Price was decent, so I gave it a shot. And it has worked very well so far. Cuts are smooth and clean, I'm not getting any chipping along the edges. Definitely does the job.

Please consider this an objective review. Some of the items can be reviewed by a simple one sentence. Sometimes I am brutally honest and that it is only my opinion. This is my review on the 10 Inch 80T Aluminum Non-Ferrous Metal Saw Blade with 5/8-Inch Arbor, Upgrade TCG GrindI am very happy with the performance of this saw blade while I have only used it to make cuts thru 516th metal I have made at least 50 cuts with it and the blade is a sharp as the first time I used it. The cuts are clean and smooth, for an economical blade it is tough.

I bought this blade for cutting 1/4" acrylic sheets and aluminum extrusions using by Dewalt contractor saw. On the acrylic sheets, it did a decent job although some of the acrylic was melting onto the blade. The cut edge was reasonably smooth. Then I got a 4.5 in x 1.5 in aluminum extrusion from 8020 that I was using to build a fence for my miter saw. This included 90 deg and 45 deg cross cuts. The cuts were clean and smooth. Very impressed with this blade.

I bought this to cut my aluminum deck posts and it's been working perfectly fine. As long as you remember to install it "backward" (the label is on the opposite side to standard saw blades), you should be able to get the most from this blade. It was well worth the purchase.

10 Inch 80T Aluminum Non-Ferrous Metal Saw Blade with 5/8-Inch Arbor has about a 3/4" arbour hole vs. the 5/8" as advertised. Returned product and will not purchase from this seller again.

I purchased this blade to cut a 1/8 inch thick 60 inch long polycarbonate sheet. The triple chip grind teeth on this blade did an excellent job. The cut was completely smooth, with no chipping. The resulting edge was smoother than the other edge that was factory cut. There was no melting of the plastic, despite the slow feed rate I used. I was not feed rate limited, I just chose to go slow to avoid any chipping. I would have given the blade five stars, but one of the raker teeth was chipped. While I would have preferred an unchipped tooth, the cut was excellent nonetheless.
