Had a faucet I needed I to replace and came across this model. Very well made, solid, does not leak and we have had temps into the low teens for a while. Very easy to install. I plan on purchasing more of these to replace the other ones around the house, especially for the price.

Installed for a friend in their trailer. Prior owner had put a spigot on the outside to drain the tank. This valve will NOT operate properly on gravity. You need pressure behind it, so I reworked the drain through a ball valve, and plumbed the output of the pump into a 4-gallon bladder tank and this valve. Now there is an easy way to get water on the outside, from the tank, without the valve head freezing. Overall satisfied with the build quality of the item.
