Installed a new dishwasher to replace an older 20 year old model installed in the kitchen. No issues with the old but new always has better functions. All went well with install but kept getting a fuse pop on my electrical box for the kitchen when the dishwasher was mid cycle. Turns out the new dishwasher uses fancy heating and air drying techniques that pull more power than the old model. After resetting the breaker fuse 10 times in a month, finally called an electrician and was given two options. Replace the old pushamtic box with a modern system for $500 + labor charges or look on amazon for a upgradeable fuse. Found this one which gives 30 amps over the old 20 amp existing fuse. Order arrived 4 days earlier than expected and installed immediately. No more issues. Dishwasher + microwave + fridge can all share the same power line with no fuss or breaking the 30 amp limit. Bought the fuse at the "used" price range of under $20!!! These switches no matter how new in box they may be, are still no longer in production so shelf life really does not matter when identifying used vs not as so long as the fuse is not internally burned out or end of life. Seller assured tested and refurbished item. Was able to replace it on my own using a simple flat head screw driver and turning off the main 200 amp breaker fuse lever for the house (don't replace anything on a live box!). If you are like me and on older house electric box tech in need of an upgrade, this will surely do it for you. I noticed I could even upgrade many more outlets throughout the house that might eventually need replacement as well using the same item. Thanks Amazon!!! Saved me labor time, money, and overall time for a simple fix.

I had to replace a few breakers in a subpanel in my garage. These were no where to be found except for Amazon. Easy to install and work great.

grate cricket braker works as expected.this is the only place I have found this type of braker to fit a older box like this.I am running a small 120v mig on this with no problems.the price is wright ware I feel it should be compared to local sublayers who love to gouge people.yes I would recommend this to any one.
