I had an old evinrude motor that needed some work. The original part was broken probably due to just being old and brittle. This part fit perfectly and that little motor is running good again.

Purchased this as a replacement for my original piece, which I broke in the process of cleaning the carburetor. Unlike the original, which lasted 37 years, this replacement piece lasted for all of 20 minutes. Very disappointed 0/10 would not buy this item again. I have instead ordered an original OMC piece from eBay. I was suckered in by the prime shipping speed. I glued my old one back together and it’s still better than this one.

Part was a good fit. Fixed problem of no start because of no carburetor throttle control. Works good, now we see how long it lasts.

Rebuilt carb on 1993 15hp Evinrude. This plastic piece was brittle and snapped upon removing the carb. 😳 Thankfully, not only was it available for Prime, but was also reasonably priced too.
